EMERITUS SCIENTIST IN A CSIR LABORATORIES/INSTITUTE

An Emreritus Scienist working in a CSIR Laboratory’Institute may approach the Director   of the Laboratory/Institute for obtaining necessary facilities.   He may be given a free hand to pursue his scientific work by the Director.  The Emeritus Scientist may draw the honorarium/other expenses from the Labratory/Institute and the amount may subsequently be adjusted against EMR budget by the Laboratory/Institute.

All general terms and conditions as applicable to the Emeritus  Scientist Scheme will apply in CSIR laboratory/Institute also..

Note: These terms and conditions supercede all previous instructions issued in regard to ES schemes and JRF/SRF/RA. In all matters decision taken by CSIR will be final.
