FOREIGN TRAVEL GRANT

An ES may be sanctioned partial foreign travel grant upto Rs. 30,000/- or 50% of the air fare whichever is less, Economy

Class by the shortest route only if he/she has been invited to Chair an  International conference or one of its sessions abroad.

This grant is admissible once in three years.  Host Institute’s concurrence is required to avail of this facility. ES should keep

CSIR informed about any visit abroad, extending over 3 months.
